Archive

The task of the archive is to preserve customer dokuments and patient records and to ensure that they are available as efficiently and flexibly as possible in the customer/patient relationship, research, treatment and promote the continuity of treatment and service.

The archive receives requests for information from the welfare area.

The customer has the right to see and inspect his or her personal data and to receive it in writing and free of charge once a year upon request. Customer and patient documents are confidential information that is not disclosed to third parties.

Requests for information are requested to be sent via secure email. Secure email with attachments can be sent through the turvaposti.fi service.

Turvaposti (secure mail) is free of charge and does not require a login. Enter the recipient’s e-mail address in the section: send a secure message to recipient and press send. After this a new page opens where you can fill in the necessary information. You can also attach any attachments to the message.

The recipient does not need his or her own secure mail but can read the message using the one-time code of the secure mail. You can get the code by e-mail or by text message.
