Archive

The task of the archive is to preserve customer dokuments and patient records and to ensure that they are available as efficiently and flexibly as possible in the customer/patient relationship, research, treatment and promote the continuity of treatment and service.

The archive receives requests for information from the welfare area.

The customer has the right to see and inspect his or her personal data and to receive it in writing and free of charge once a year upon request. Customer and patient documents are confidential information that is not disclosed to third parties.
