Other opportunities for parents

First-time parents can attend birth preparation classes at Vaasa Central Hospital. The next session will take place on 16 October. Read more about the prenatal class and sign up.

A family preparation fair will be held in January. These fairs are organised regularly in collaboration with local organisations across towns in our region. They are for families who are expecting a child or have recently had a baby. At the fair, you can learn about services available throughout Ostrobothnia and meet other new or soon-to-be parents.
