Is It Easy to Use Services in Our Wellbeing Services County?– Take the Survey and Share Your Experience
The survey on accessibility and equality is now open. You can respond in any of the seven languages used in our Wellbeing Services County – Swedish, Finnish, English, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Somali, and Farsi.
The survey seeks to find out, among other things, how easy it is to find information about our services, how mobility or hearing challenges are taken into account, and whether respondents have experienced discrimination based on, for example, age, functional ability, ethnic background, or religion.
– We have created this survey so we can see our services as they truly appear to the people who use them, says Development Planner Marjo Hannu-Jama.
Responses Support Development Work, Staff Training, and the Wellbeing Services County’s Planning
The results will be reviewed as part of the annual report on quality, safety, and supervision in early 2026.
– Customer feedback is collected throughout the year to support development work. The feedback provides valuable information, but we need systematically collected data for more reliable comparisons and development decisions, explains Quality Coordinator Riika Mäki-Valtari.
The responses will help shape service development and the training provided to staff. They will also be used when updating the equality and equity plan.
The final date to respond is December 7.
