Looking for ways to improve your wellbeing and health? The new Wellbeing Guide is here to help

The Wellbeing Guide is a new, easy-to-use website that brings together information and services to support your wellbeing. You can use it to find services from local municipalities, associations, and the Wellbeing Services County to suit your needs.

The Wellbeing Guide includes general information, self-assessment tools, and self-care programmes that allow you to evaluate your well-being and find practical ways to improve it.

– We want to encourage everyone to think about their wellbeing as a whole and bring more wellbeing into their daily lives through small, concrete actions, says Project Manager Kati Piilikangas.

The Wellbeing Guide offers general information on different aspects of wellbeing, such as exercise and nature, nutrition and oral health, brain health and sleep, mental wellbeing, and culture.

The guide helps you take care of your wellbeing independently. It does not replace professional care or personal advice, but it offers ideas and directs you to suitable services. You can also use the self-assessment tools to identify your needs.

Under each topic, you can easily find related services, events, or activities that suit you, such as exercise opportunities, cultural events, or peer support groups. You can also search among all services using a free text search or browse services available in a specific area.

Support for using the Wellbeing Guide is available, for example, at the Teaching Clinic NoVa or on the digital support tours of the Wellbeing Services County. Do give us feedback via the survey on the website so that we can develop the guide to meet users’ needs better.
