Family Preparation Fairs
The Fairs is for expecting parents and families with newborns.
At the event, you will receive information about a new family situation, baby care, and services for families with children.
Family Preparation Fairs is held in Vaasa, Pietarsaari and Närpiö from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

- Vaasa September 14, 2026, Vaasa Central Hospital, Sandviksgatan 2–4, Building Y, 3rd floor
- Pietarsaari September 24, 2026, Kållbyvägen 7, Entrance H, 1st floor
- Närpiö September 28, 2026, Närpesvägen 4, entrance through the main front entrance
The Family Preparation Fair is part of the overall family preparation program, which also includes virtual family preparation courses on various themes, as well as the prenatal classes for first-time mothers at Vaasa Central Hospital.
