Patient data requests are processed in the Archive of patient records. You can request your own medical records by filling in the electronic information request form.

Registry Office
Receives official mail addressed to the registry, i.e. administrative documents, such as requests for rectification, requests for statements, complaints.
Suomi.fi-messages to the Registry Office
You can send complaints, requests for rectification or request for information on the operation or decision-making of the welfare area to the Registry as a suomi.fi message.
Please note the following when sending the suomi.fi message to the registry:
- The message states as precisely as possible what your concern is
- The message states for which authority or unit the message is intended
- Add your own contact information
- You can also attach an attachment to the message.
Customer and patient records are not processed through the Registry. If your matter concerns your health or the service or treatment you have received in social welfare and health care, contact the unit treating you or dealing with your matter.

Opening hours
Opening hours of the Registry Office is Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm.
On Fridays, the Registry Office is closed to customer service. Documents assigned to the Welfare Area outside opening hours can be left in the locked mailbox next to the Registry Office.
Social Welfare Registry Office
The Social Welfare Registry Office receives documents related to social welfare.

Rescue Department Registry Office
The Rescue Department Registry Office receives documents related to rescue operations and accident prevention, e.g. rescue plans for properties and events, requests for statements and fire reports.
