If you’re dissatisfied or uncertain about something relating to your care, it’s best to discuss the matter with your care unit’s doctors or nurses. Most issues can be resolved quickest when they are investigated by the appropriate unit. If the unit is unable to solve the matter, you can contact the Patient Ombudsman.

The Patient Ombudsman does not take a stand on medical decisions regarding a patient’s care. Neither does he or she take a stand on whether a patient injury has occurred in the patient’s care. Sensitive matters and confidential information should not be sent electronically via e-mail.

Book an appointment in advance for personal meetings.
