Wellbeing and health check-ups as well as lifestyle advice and group meetings are part of the services offered.

The aim of senior citizens’ counselling is to support your health, wellbeing, and functional ability. Through early identification of risk factors that affect your health, common lifestyle related illnesses can be prevented.

If you want to discuss nutrition, physical activity or loneliness, for example, you can contact us by phone. If needed, we will make a clinic appointment with you.

Group meetings for 70-year-old people

For people 70 years of age, we offer group meetings where health-related risk factors are reviewed and discussed. We offer advice and guidance about lifestyle changes.

If needed, we will make an appointment with you for an individual comprehensive review of your health and wellbeing.

Group meetings for 80-year-old people
