Dermatology Outpatient Clinic
At the Dermatology Outpatient Clinic, we examine and treat various skin diseases such as skin tumours, psoriasis, eczema, autoimmune diseases, severe acne, intractable wounds, and allergies. Among other things, we perform skin biopsies, cryotherapy, PDT treatments, allergy investigations, and provide various forms of phototherapy.
In order to receive care at the Dermatology Outpatient Clinic, the patient needs a referral from a health center, occupational health care, a private medical center, other hospital, or other special field within the hospital.
The referral is sent to a specialist doctor who assesses the patient’s need for care, whereafter the referral is put in queue. The patient will be sent a letter. Our queuing situation varies depending on the medical situation and number of referrals. Any queries concerning referrals can be made during phone hours.
Please notify us of any changes or cancellations of appointments as soon as possible, but no later than two days before the given appointment. This way, we can offer the appointment to another patient. There will be a charge for non-cancelled appointments.
If you have questions about care matters, we recommend contact via telephone or letter due to data privacy. We do not communicate about care matters via email.
